Dear Friends,
At Queen’s College Faculty of Theology, we have a lot to be thankful for:
-
185 years as a theological school

-
Many, many people trained for service in Christ’s church

-
A vibrant and diverse College community with students from across the province, parts of Canada, and around the world, including Trinidad and Tobago, Cyprus and the Gulf, and Ghana
-
A Faculty committed to theological education rooted in the Gospel, with the highest academic standards
-
Faithful givers like you that have empowered the work of Queen’s College past, present, and into the future
In writing to the church in Thessalonica, Saint Paul says, “We always give thanks to God for all of you and mention you in our prayers, constantly.” He remembers their works of faith, acts of love, and their hospitality. As followers of our Lord Jesus Christ they, the whole community of faith in that place, share in the work of the Gospel (1 Thessalonians 1:1-10)
We too are co-workers in Christ. Queen’s College is an extension of the local church. We do what we do for the church. We could not do what we do without your continued support, prayers, and giving. For that, I say, thank you.
So, this Queen’s College Appeal Sunday, and always, I humbly ask for your continued generosity as we continue our common work of learning and growing in Christ.
Rev. Dr. Robert Cooke – Interim College Administrator
